After slaving away writing the follow-up LP to "Knights In White Phosphorus" (and subsequently recording it at the end ov October 2012), our D-Beat Deathrash heroes HOT GRAVES found themselves exhausted from wrenching every last drop ov Metallic Glory from their bodies and minds, in an attempt to best themselves (and the world ov Heavy Music, in general) with riffs, atmosphere, and hateful poetry. Upon concluding the recording ov said work, an unintentional rash ov revved-up, punked-out, caveman songs came spilling out, and before you know it: the material for a 7" punk rock vinyl recording was realized. Recorded in a frenzy, all together LIVE as a band in the "studio" (our friend's superbly mic'd up rehearsal space), as RAW as possible, with only vocals and extra guitars overdubbed (no "punch-in's"). The last song, "Fashion Victim", was only truly written the day before recording, as HOT GRAVES plunged into this project like recording warriors ov the distant past; with only minimal preparation, but SINGLE-MINDED VISION.
Raw guitar power, ferocious vocals, ripping drums, barricade bass, critical / angry lyrics, and NO THRASH RIFFS. This is the most stripped-down, raw, punk-rock HOT GRAVES you can get.
When you download this, you will get a bonus track, which is HOT GRAVES performing "YESTERDAY" by Bad Religion, as recorded in 2008, but REMIXXXED for 2013 to not sound so much like shit.
First pressing of 300 comes on mixed color 7 inch vinyl with hand screened covers.
